I'm in the same boat! I have nerve issues so I got on gabapentin. It's helping, but not a cure. I'd love some more ideas, too. Heating pads help some when relaxing. Sucks getting back up though 😂

CBD and Emu oil creams are my #1 choices, lidocaine spray or patches, Ben gay type creams. Ice or heat depending on what makes it feel better. Maybe a pressure type support sleeve. Definitely see an Orthopedic doc to make sure the joint is ok. If possible, strengthening your thigh muscles supports the knee.

Acupuncture? I tried it for the first time and it definitely did something. On he sensitive side of my body, the needles felt COLD. She put a few needles in my leg and knee, arms and hand. I’m waiting to feel the results tomorrow!
