I’m still trying to figure it out to be honest. But for me just finding a Community that got what I was going through has helped me a lot. But it’s definitely VERY challenging to to deal with having multiple chronic illnesses. I’m always here to talk if needed:)

Honestly just focusing on one thing at a time. I say a lot “which fire needs to be put out first?” because that’s kind of how we live. Like it’s just what is most critical at that very moment is what needs to be focused on. Full disclosure, for me, I’ll go months in a row talking to doctors ONLY about the pain from my fibromyalgia, then when that becomes livable, I talk to some of those same doctors only about my migraines. Or maybe the PCOS. Or endometriosis, or gastroparesis, or interstitial cystitis, or whatever at that very moment is keeping me from living a halfway normal life. I learned a long long time ago if I try to tackle every single thing all the time everyday, I’ll just want to crawl in bed and never ever get out again. 1 thing at a time is the only way I can keep moving.
