Mobility aids. I’m super insecure about using my mobility aids, but when I do use them, they help a lot.

Sleep, eat healthy, drink water, exercise (I started slow with physical therapy and worked my way up), take my meds, see my doctors when I feel worse. Sometimes I have to take a day off or miss an event because I'm flaring up, but I'm honest with my friends and coworkers and they are understanding. I think admitting that I'm not perfect gives others space to feel like they don't have to be perfect all the time either.
