I honestly survive off protein shakes and savor the few bites of food I can tolerate. I try to enjoy at least one very small meal a day with my family, even if it’s just those couple of bites. I still have younger children so I still have to cook meals for them and I have that quality time with them. I Eat My Heaviest meal early. And Small meals or Snacks Every 3 hours. Sun chokes Sweet Potatoes Saurkraut and Puréed Soups. Carrot-Ginger Potato-Leek And Fennel-Celery. Are Very Easy To Digest

I have a really hard time I wanna eat like everyone else but when i do I get sick nausea and vomiting it’s a everyday battle I even get nauseous when I don’t eat

I'm having a really hard time... I'm eating a meal a day and sometimes I'm scared to eat that. Mixed with depression, it's hard for me to muster up the ability to make something for myself. While talking about this, my aunt asked innocently why, essebtially, I'm not losing weight... I am but I don't know if it's healthy... getting a little off topic but I just made an appointment with a nutritionist and I'm really hoping they can help guide me.
