Have your vitamin D levels checked. They're probably too low.

My pain is worse with stress or if I've had an altercation with anyone that day or the day after I hurt really bad. Like my ex will get on to me or yell at me and I hurt afterwords worse.

I can definitely relate. Stressful engagements with anyone can cause my anxiety and sleep difficulties to be far worse. I am trying to do breathing exercises and to meditate. It also helps me a lot to write down my feelings. You should have a private journal if you decide to do that. It’s important to get your feelings out of your mind and your body and try to walk away from things you can’t control. I will tell my husband that I don’t appreciate him talking to me this way and that his tone sounds angry. Angry men scare me and my life is too precious to deal with BS!

That’s a great idea, writing it down because I always have a million thoughts lol
