It is extremely hard, I have a 12 year old son with my girlfriend of 8 years she is the birth mother and because of my fear we can't live together, when either of them get sick I practically disappear for a week.

I can understand that. It has gotten to a point where it has ruined my marriage. My kids stay with my ex-husband and I'm just trying to survive. I'm not having ANYMORE kids though.

Sorry for the late reply. But I'm single mother to a boy with autism. He's 4 and he starts school soon so my anxiety is skyhigh. He's also nonverbal so even if he was sick he can't tell me he's not feeling well. I understand you and definitely agree on the "not having anymore kids"

This is something I worry about all the time...thinking of having kids in the near future but this is such a HUGE setback & I hate it
