Managing Stress and Anxiety at Work

How do you guys manage stress and anxiety while at work. I’ve been trying everything I can think of but I keep having to go into the bathroom to have little panic attacks. Snapping my fingers helps a little bit but I work in a restaurant and people get annoyed by it. I don’t know what to do

Lately I've been having to go to the bathroom a lot during class because of panic attacks! So you aren't alone there💕 I do things like twist my wrist like I'm turning a doorknob to help quell anxiety and it helps a bit more than suppressing all that energy. Snapping isn't that loud so I don't feel like people should get upset with you over that🙁 excusing yourself when things are getting a bit much is completely okay❤️
