Managing tasks with Adderall: My experience

when I worked in retail, I had to manage a lot of different tasks. my manager (and long time friend) told me how big of a difference there was in my productivity when I took my Adderall. this was surprising, because I knew it helped somewhat, but I had absolutely no idea it was such a big difference. I haven't taken Adderall for a year now, because the side effects have been really annoying and I like the feeling of being "baseline" as in no extra/unnatural chemicals, but I also miss how I used to be able to do certain things. it also doesn't help when I'm missing appointments and my doctor's keep dropping me for it.

I’m thinking of stopping it too but like you said I am so much more productive when I take it. My side effects are my tongue feels like it’s burned etc. and I don’t want to be on meds forever either. It’s a decision I don’t really feel like making yet.
