it's probably the best antianxiety med I've tried so far but weirdly can still give me paranoia. just pay attention to what strain does what to you and avoid phobia triggers (i.e. for me I do my best to avoid the dark while high because I have moderate nyctophobia and it'll make me paranoid something is there)

I use it for pain but it usually helps my anxiety! Last night it made it a little worse briefly but I got through it and felt better after! I have a lot of friends who use it primarily for anxiety and love it!!

Smoking makes my anxiety worse for the first initial 15 min that it kicks in. Then it settles and I feel better. I do however find that hybrid edibles help much more.

I use it to help shut my brain off. It's constantly thinking and going. Sometimes it helps sometimes it makes it worse

Marijuana is too intense for me, so I vape delta-8. I use an app called Jointly to help me keep track of the situations that affect the positive and negative effects. I also time my inhales, usually 1-2 seconds, as more than that will definitely make me paranoid. But overall it helps immensely with my overthinking and worries and can help out things into perspective :)

Different strains help in different ways. Trial and error but it's helped more then anxiety meds and seizure meds

It really depends on the person and the terpenes/strain. For me, smoking an indica a couple times a week has helped my anxiety IMMENSELY. But on the other hand. Sativas make me so anxious I shake uncontrollably and get super paranoid. So you really just have to do some trial and error and see what works for you
