Trying Wine with MCAS: Flare or Hangover?

I have MCAS so I never drink wine (I can drink hard liquor and I don’t do it too often but I don’t need to shy away from having alcohol for CI symptoms). But I found these “magic wands” in an MCAS group that remove the histamines and sulfates from wine and after months of planning, I finally tried having a glass. I did not have any reaction to the wine yesterday, and usually my reactions are instantaneous. I’m usually on meds for my gastroparesis, but they’ve been stuck in customs so my GP is definitely flaring. Last night I started feeling a runny nose, sore throat, and headache. This morning I threw up. My COVID rapid test came back negative. What do you guys think - Does this sound like a gastroparesis/MCAS flare? Could I be hung over from one drink? Or should I be hunting down another Covid test?

Usually i would have thrown up first with a gp flare! Could be a stomach flu or cold coming on!
