Talking about Medical Issues with Friends and Family

Hello my name is LeighRose, sometimes I feel like talking about my medical issues stress my friends and family out, does anyone else fell that way? what interested you about this app?

I totally feel that way. But I remember my support system knows my health is what stresses me. I make sure they are in a space to support to me by asking "are you okay to listen for a while about (insert topic)" . I try not to take it to heart when they can't or aren't emotionally available. I spread it out who I get help from. Some days my husband others my best friend or mother. I sought this app out to feel less lonely with my struggles. My support system is great! They learn by reading about my conditions, listen to me, help me. But they don't live it at the end of the day. So hearing from other people who do helps.
