Question about Medication Dosage

Hi Y’all, wanted to ask a quick question! I’m currently on 1.2mg. Does this means I'm taking 2 injections tonight to get the other 0.6?

I usually have that much left over everytime. It ends up in the trash sadly and l grab my next pen

You can also use just 0.6 mg one day and start next with 1,2 mg next day, doesn't matter
