Are there actually meds to help this condition or is it really just all lifestyle changes?

What I’ve learned so far is that no, there are no meds that will truly help u long term. People like us usually get deconditioned and focus a lot on the why instead of how we can help ourselves. The only thing I see really significantly helping is just gripping this by the neck and keep doing things no matter how much it hurts or how many times you pass out. U just get up and keep going, cuz if u don’t you won’t get anywhere. But then again I am still struggling to do any of that. All I know is that the best doctors around have basically just told me to make POTS my bitch.

The only thing I’ve heard that really helps is getting pregnant lol. Your blood volume increases significantly so your heart doesn’t have to work as hard to keep blood in your brain.🤷‍♀️
