I'm on the same meds! I don't think there's much you can do at work, I usually took the next few days off to relax. I'm sorry you're experiencing that!

It takes 2 weeks for it to settle down. What symptoms are making it hard?

well my job is a fast pack job and I feel like I can't speak properly and I'm moving slow. I'm scared I'll fall because I'm dizzy. I was advised to skip day 3 and then go to a half but I didn't take it until now and I feel the same effects but now I feel like my heard is racing and dizzy but calm.

If this is regarding the Zoloft, my suggestion would be to take your dose down. I had been prescribed 100 mg once a day, and wow that was too much at once. Now, I divide it into 2 doses.
