Dealing with Mental Exhaustion in School or Work

Does anyone struggle with intense mental exhaustion with school or work. Im going back to school next semester and im afraid i wont have any energy to get through the day. Im worried my mental health will get worse and ill end up in a hospital. How do i keep my energy and health up with negative external factors?

My best advice is to listen to your body. Take breaks and do things that make you feel good. Try breaking your work up into chunks so it feels more manageable and less overwhelming.

I would advice trying to tell your teachers or at least the ones you can trust that you might need to just leave class and take a break for a bit I've been doing that with my college classes and it's really helped. I just go take a walk or listen to some music for like 20 minutes then come back to class.
