Yeah, it's hard trying to connect with people to work on mental health while also needing to stay away from everyone for safety šŸ™ƒ

I guess if we have to go through the worst shit, eventually whatever we deal with won't be as bad? Hopefully?

I feel like my former life is just a memory. But in the spirit of staying positive. Im trying to create a new normal for myself. But deep down inside I'm aware that no one gets it, no one understands and I find myself isolated. Feeling defeated and alone.

My mental health is definitely affected by working at home since the pandemic started. We all need people around to help change our moods or bounce ideas off of.

I hear you guys, I had a breakdown not long ago and am trying to adjust to what is my new ā€œnormalā€ and it has been a struggle I get so frustrated when I canā€™t do what I once was able to

at first I was constantly working (since april] and felt great, but buy August I crashed. I knew I was going to go crazy. I worked less and felt better but now I'm only scheduled two days a week. Have been for three months. I feel bad again. I feel likei can never move out of my parents house because I can't work full time. I'm scared of being in America, but I dont know how to get out
