Thinking about talking to my mental health person (forgot name..) about depression getting worse alongside ADHD but I'm scared they'll leave me without medicine suddenly and I'll be in a worse state, any advice for bringing this up?

You can voice that to them that you think the adhd meds help you don’t want to stop them if they suggest it, they probably won’t insist they’ll listen as their job is to help you

A lot of depression meds are compatible with Adhd meds. You could also say you have social anxiety as the meds for that are the same as depression (Lexapro etc)

I'm not sure why they'd stop you taking ADHD meds because of depression - it's actually more likely for those with ADHD to suffer with depression. I've been on ADHD meds with a few different antidepressants and haven't had any issues or weird interactions. Definitely let your therapist know, they're there to help you. 🤗

My anxiety got way better when taking ADHD meds. Didn't need depression meds but being able to do things made me less depressed
