Zofran is my best friend but it is often about what you eat. I eat small meals several times a day, avoid greasy foods, completely cut out gluten and limit dairy. All of that should help more than a medication. If I don't have Zophran (I don't think I'm spelling it correctly but it's a nausea medication) then I head to the dispensary. There is no miracle cure. You have to, have to, have to figure out what diet best supports your body

I went vegan and went from having 4-7 episodes a week (yeah, ik) to basically zero. It sounds insane but i’ve been vegan for 3 years now and have had maybe 5 episodes TOTAL. It’s a game changer in every aspect. Consider it, i’m here to help too

That makes complete sense, especially if you are vegan and limit gluten. It all has to do with your gut biome and I envy your ability to have such self control. I honestly loath myself just enough to struggle with such a strict diet

I'll take benedryl and zofran immediately when I feel nausea and go straight into a hot shower and to bed... if I can abort it that is. I also smoke alot of qee6
