Multiple memories over a period of three years. Still suffering to this day. 😥

Personally it's 1. Months of trauma 2. A "friend" who put me through some shit on and off 3. A single night 4. A single day Those are my main memories, but considering I have DID I'm pretty sure I have repressed stuff as well from when I was younger

When I started my journey on the untraveled road. Was hell on earth. Made it out but the memories subconsciously stay

I started my journey at home, 13 years of trauma, and 12 years of trying to put it all together again.

For me it was years of trauma but one incident in particular stands out as most devastating

For me it began from childhood and was multiple different events throughout my teenage years as well. My heart goes out to anyone with ptsd/c-ptsd..it's different for everyone but a struggle too many people experience.

Definitely many multiple memories over my whole childhood and reinforced into adulthood... It's hard to actually pin them down, which has made EMDR pretty challenging.

I had one incident (SA) (happened in 2012 or so and I struggle to even call it sexual assault or harassment, but the truth is that is what it is). That is the memory for me. I have other PTSD moments/memories and am still recognizing them today.

For me it was multiple small traumas followed by an attempt on my life when I was 19. He was my boyfriend and apparently a meth addict, he wanted my car and I said no. He took my keys and phone and locked me in a room with no way out then came at me with a hammer when he opened the door. 😣😖

Started from when I was about 4, many variations of trauma through the years. My brain holds a lot of those memories very well.
