I have not personally tried it, however my sister and some of my friends have used it as alt. treatment. Does it work..? Very dependent. I would not advise microdosing if you’re looking for immediate mood relief. I would also not recommend doing it when you know something stressful may be nagging in the back of your head, even very slightly because you become very suggestive and small things can quickly manifest into MUCH bigger things. If you want to microdose, the best advice from people I know and from research I’ve seen is to do it either somewhere you feel safe, deep in nature, with someone you trust, or with a trained doctor. It can be very helpful, but you have to be very careful with the way you do it because it can be extremely detrimental if not carried out properly. Also, it’s very subjective, like every treatment, so what advice I’ve gotten and research I’ve done only shows so many sides of the experience of microdosing. It has a lot of benefits tho if done right!!

I have tried it ✋ I took 0.15 every morning. it didn’t seem all that suggestive but I did notice an improvement in mood. More so I noticed that it significantly reduced anxiety and fear. I feel like there is more to tap into. Just have to be patient. Get a very sensitive scale to measure your dose. Powdered it in a coffee grinder. You can use anything similar. start it on your day off if you end up taking a little too much you won’t be smiling and touching the walls 😅.
