Has anyone ever considered micro dosing psilocybin (mushrooms) for ADHD and anxiety? If so, have you tried it?

that is so awesome! I’m not a hippy really but I do know that the healthcare system wants us on as many meds as possible. Big Pharma making that money!

I’ve done it a few times but I would like to do it more often. When I do it I always feel really good the day after. I feel like I have less fear and a genuine openness. Usually I’m always so fearful but after micro dosing i feel more open to the world instead of fearful.

I think it’s an amazing natural remedy for a lot of mental health issues. I’m really excited to try.

You have to have good intent and be open to experiences. Make sure to have a partner....i cannot consume and be by myself, have to have a couple people experience or sober sitter. The paranoia and irrationality....wasn't pleasant but stayed safe by forcing myself to sleep till the trip was more chill and less reality issues. And it sucked because I knew it was gonna be a bad trip before it began. Dont be in a bad/down mood. Have done a few microdosing, but nothing to comment on for long term. There is meditation and things to go along with it I hear that helps for more of that mental/spiritual aspect of psychedelics for healing and what not but haven't had any left over except an uplifted masking once over which doesn't last long. Idk best way for me to describe.

thanks for sharing! Sounds like you take a considerable about when you usually take them. I’ve also taken them and had great experiences and always had good people around. Also have tried LSD. I think I’d be interested in micro dosing that as well. It just made me laugh until my whole body hurt. lol

My son's therapist recently suggested that he do this for his ADHD and aggression tendency. He hasn't done it yet but wants to. Did you know that sometime around the mid-late '60s there was a medical study done on the emotional and psychological aspects of LSD and Shrooms? They were looking at the benefits of using them to treat schizophrenia, PTSD, and other mental/psychological disorders. The government shut it down in the early '70s. At least that's what my son told me. He found articles about it when he was doing his research on the benefits of using it.

thanks for sharing that!! This is something I’ve read up in as well. I think that the DEA got ahold of it and ruined it’s possibilities. Can you imagine if we continued using natural remedies to psychology? But I’ve been pleased to hear that MDMA is also be reintroduced into types of therapy, As well as LSD and Psilocybin/shrooms. It can help with PTSD and all kind of other things. All I can say is I’m really happy that his therapist has the wherewithal to recommend that to him. He’s a good therapist never let him go. Not just trying to push pills🥹.

I watched it and sent a link to my son. Definitely informative with a slightly different delivery and view than what you would typically see.
