I’m on Emgality now (after a LONG fight with insurance)— and it helps a lot, up until about five days before the shot is due. Then I get a 5-day long migraine 😅 … when it hits, I use Hylands Migraine Relief tablets and ice packs. Plus I always keep sunglasses on hand because light HURTS. Annnd noise cancelling headphones. It’s a multipronged approach!! I used to rely heavily on Excedrin Migraine pills but they started triggering my cardiac issues so I had to stop. :/
