Ice packs are one of the only things that help me besides my Rizatriptan, and even that doesn’t touch the pain if I don’t also nap it off with an ice pack (or 3). I’ve found a brand called ReLeaf Pack that are more like a bean filled sort of ice pack rather than gel and they’re the BEST. They don’t always stay cold for suuuper long but while they are cold they’re amazing, super moldable and the weighted feeling is incredible

I take Zolmitriptan 2.5mg for migraine attacks and Candesartan 16mg daily to try and prevent them! Seems to be helping so far 🤞✨

In the UK we have this migraine over the counter medication that contains codeine, but you should only take it for 3 days. I usually take that, drink coffee, then I close all the light and my phone and just try to sleep LOL. In my culture, people take a scarf and just tie their head with it.
