Seeking Advice on Mobility Aids: Crutches vs. Cane

Hi, everyone! I’m new here. I was wondering about peoples’ experiences using mobility aids, especially forearm crutches versus a cane. (I’m currently using a cane, but I am thinking of trying out a set of crutches. My joints are globally hypermobile, and I do have arthritis in my AC joint which could be an issue with crutch wear and tear, but not worse than my repeated subluxations and falls!) Thank you so much ❤️ What does everyone use? What did you find most helpful?
