I heard good things about bauerfeind braces. I tried their shoulder braces and wasn't a big fan, though I think I have other problems going on that make the braced not work great(neck pinching nerves I think)otherwise they worked well. I really like their ankle braces and when i looked into their thoracic brace it looked pretty adjustable. They have a support line on their web page to help you find the right braces.
