I'm on abilify and valproic acid they don't make me sleep even much doesn't make me sleepy

A very low dose of quetiapine can be used as a mood stabiliser and it’s usually fairly effective. I’ve been on it for quite some time but for different reasons. When you first start taking it it may cause you to go straight to sleep but after a week or so of taking it as ur body adjusts that does completely go away. I’m on a high dose to deal with my hallucinations and I’ve taken it for years now and it doesn’t make me sleepy at all now. It just lasts a few weeks xx
