Someone told me this, people who are not Autistic do not sit around and wonder if they are Autistic if that makes any sense. I took a lot of quizzes online and read the book I think I may be autistic by Cynthia Kim and it helped me figure it out. What you are describing are sensory issues and that is usually a Nuerodivergent thing. I hope this helps!! 🤗 ❤️

You can get an Autism assessment online Dr Jessica Myzack does them. I think she is maybe in Idaho, but they are expensive. You can also find a doctor to diagnose ADHD online. I think the place I used was called adhdonline. It really helps to know because you can ask for accommodations if you need them. 💕
