I took them twice a day, one in the early morning and then again about 12 noon. But certain meds dont work for everyone. You may have to try another kind of medication. There actually is a dna test you doctor can preform that will show what meds will work best for you. The biggest game changer for me was sleeping pill lunesta and baclophen at night. Better quality sleep at night made my day so much better, although with those they added a mild chemical drowsiness durring the day but still so much better. I am trying xywav now and it has potential to radically change the symptoms for the better

Some people take a medication holiday, like once a week with ni meds or alternate medication, in which you would take your adderal for three weeks then stop the adderal then take Vyvanse for three weeks, so you dont develop resistance to them

I take one in the morning and then 4 hours later take a half. It gets me through the day.
