Struggling with Morning Motivation and Productivity

how do I get motivated better I wake up between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m. and I don't get started working around the house until sometimes afternoon but then I forgot to eat lunch

I have tried setting alarms but I sleep through them. The best thing is getting up with others and finding something to preoccupy me. Staying in the bed is the mistake, get up and get out. As for eating I try to remember I get sick if I forget so I drink a protein shake or just make it routine to eat something nutritional eventhough I may not feel very hungry. I know I need to stay healthy!
