MRI Results for Back Pain: What Should I Ask My Doctor?

I just got my MRI for For my back and in my chart online of says: Mild degenerative disc disease of the lumbar spine, worst from L2 through L5. Mild multilevel facet arthropathy of the lower lumbar spine. I don't have my follow up till Friday. What should I ask the dr? Do you guys use a brace, have traction in physical therapy? What things does you dr say or do to help?

It sounds like my back. I have refused surgery for several reasons, one is because at the 2 yr mark the results are the same. I have done a lot of research on the different issues with the lumbar spine. I have found a Chiropractor that has done alternative treatments, because I can't have typical adjustments.

I also have 2 braces that I can wear. And exercises I do. All of this for pain control. 🤗

A brace can help but most that are good keep me from being able to bend at all and I don't find it safe. I wear it when need mostly. Good luck to you
