Muscle Relaxers for Fibromyalgia: Do They Work?

Does anyone use muscle relaxers for fibromyalgia? My doctors say it doesn't help fibromyalgia.

I use them to help me sleep, they gave them to me for nerve pain but not fibromyalgia specifically. The only thing i get from them is sleep

I used to take flexiral and it helped with my sleep as well as my fibromyalgia, but when id wake up there wasn’t any lasting relief for my pain

I've done it when my back was super bad. But I try not to rely on them. Only when I'm ER worthy pain.

Yes, I've used carisoprodol and it helped me quite a bit.

I use flexiral and it’s really helped me. I wish I had been prescribed it twenty years ago. Helps me sleep and helps calm tight or snazzy muscles.
