My Experience with Pure OCD and Delusions/Paranoia

so back in 2014 I was diagnosed with "a mood disorder with psychotic features." however I am coming to believe that this is pure ocd. 99% of my delusions & paranoia align with pure ocd, and even hallucinations. ppl with pure ocd tend to have tactile/sensory, this is what I mostly have. does anyone here have pure ocd? what is your experience with delusions/paranoia? I'm in therapy and will be discussing this next appointment.

I was diagnosed with OCD at the age of 10 or 11. I have a very hard time with unwanted thoughts and sometimes impulses but nothing bad. I will be upset or cant stop thinking about something till “its fixed” even if its been months. I tend to clean and organize alot when im up and cant sleep. Fast foward to my second year of college i have anxiety diagnosed and its gotten worse over the years. My paranoia is from and delusions are from anxiety hallucinations i think are also anxiety or side effect of anti-depressant. My ocd doesnt cause hallucinations but ocd is different for everyone. I dont wash my hands all the time or worry about numbers and repetitions like some do. I believe you may more so have anxiety or something similar.
