Unfortunately that happens a lot for people with chronic or difficult conditions. Allow yourself your feelings without judgement. If you really struggle with negative thoughts try to observe them and maybe find where they are coming from. If you have the strength reframe them to be more accurate/positive. For example “I’ll never get better” goes to “I’ll have good days and bad days and that’s okay”. I still struggle but this has personally helped me stay in a better place than before, I hope it can help you or give you encouragement ❤️

❤️unlucky unicorn, great comment. In addition I recommend support groups, even just online. I'm learning I need to have emotional support through this and that helps. Also counseling if you find a great therapist.
