I am in pain constantly. Almost any movement causes muscle pain all over my body.

I also have diabetes and neuropathy, worse at night.

I have fibromyalgia also, I’ve had it 30 years now. I’ve been on Elavil all this time, it works somewhat, but I’m always in pain, some days worse than others ! I also have undiagnosed neuropathy too ! I just have learned to deal with it ! I deal with anxiety also !

Google Myofascial Syndrome. It is the tissue that covers your muscles. It is Fibromyalgia's twin sister. Myofascia covers all your muscles. I was DX with it 3 yrs after I developed Fibro from a car accident.

Yes, I have both. I try and get massage therapy twice a month. I’ve had trigger point injections right in the muscles and they have given some relief. It does keep coming back though. Stretching is important.
