I’m on low dose naltrexone and I think it’s helping! It’s hard to tell because I’m on so many things and started a few at once but it seems to be helping some of my pain!

I know that struggle, it’s so hard to know what med is causing what symptom/result when there’s so many factors!!!!

I've been on LDN for about 6 years now. Its effects are very gradual, but after about 4-8 months on it, there was a very noticable difference, but again, it was not overnight. I know other people who have been on it as well who have found it helpful. One of them chose to go off of it because they thought it wasn't helping, but then realized that it was working wonders, but she didn't realize the change since it was really really slow. So I guess my point is that it is very helpful if you are ready for a commitment, not an overnight fix.
