Looking for advice on natural path for Crohn's disease

Hello! I am on renflexis for Crohn’s disease. I have been told that the last effects of this medication are very bad and taking a natural path is the better way to go. Has anyone been trying a natural path and what did you do to start? What foods are you eating and are you on any vitamins or supplements? Thank you!

I see energy healers (healing touch, reiki, acupuncture), I do energy healing on myself, I reduce consumption of mammals and try to be mindful of how the animals were treated and pay more for ethically sourced animal products. I learn the chakra systems and address which are out of balance. Yoga, meditation, therapy and emotional regulation skills like DBT. I am healing in ways doctors told me was not possible and reversing chronic kidney disease and marked improvement with Crohns. Finding the right medication - Humira has worked well for me - but my goal is to go off all meds completely someday and I believe it’s possible. I know one other person who took the same approach I am and she is off all meds and doctors say she must have been “misdiagnosed” which is bs.. they just don’t believe it’s possible to heal.
