I would like to know this too. My hypertension spiked due to meds for depression, and all at once, I was taken off one of them, another was switched back to one I recently weaned off, and three new BP meds were added. I feel awful all the time, and have no idea what is caused by what anymore!!!

I am taking a low dose med, and with adding Roobios tea and pine needle tea (yes, that tree,lol) I haven't had to increase my meds. Without the teas, it was creeping higher. But my Dr. Was willing to give the teas a try first. It takes a bit to show its working, about 2 weeks for me.
