i get hot flashes at night and it makes it hard for me to fall asleep, i recommend putting a soft ice pack on your forehead/neck and maybe wrap it in a towel so it’s not as cold. for me personally i can’t fall asleep unless i’m tired, all the lights are off (even though i’m scared of the dark). maybe try playing music or a tv show/podcast? me and my dad both play music or leave the tv on all night, i’ve never been able to fall asleep without a tv on bc everyday since i was really little my parents would play a tv so i could learn more words and get used to people talking. hope this helps!!

try a red light, it is known to aid in deep sleep and I can attest to that. I just bought a $5 LED bulb at Dollar General and put it on red only.

Open windows, turn on a fan, make sure you're not taking in any caffeine 4 hours before bed, try to meditate or do something really chill to wind down, play calm music or TV, and if it's really taking a toll talk to your doctor about sleep medicines. I hope this helps I have horrible insomnia without meds and hot flashes when I'm anxious
