I prefer pharmaceuticals, because I have barely any luck with natural meds such as melatonin and anxiety stuff. I would try cbd but I'm really worried about interactions. And I'm worried about what family would say.

I wouldn't worry about what anyone thought. If it helps you THAT is what matters

I have SMAS and have lots of pain and trouble digesting anything. Smoking cannabis is the only thing that allows me to eat and get through the day. Nothing else has worked for me. It’s not a cure-all but it works absolute magic for stomach-related problems and some other types of pain. Definitely helps me with anxiety but that one can go either way. CBD hasn’t done quite as much for me but you should put your own health above what your family might think- if they really care about you they will want you to feel better! People in weed shops are always super sweet and helpful in my experience
