I have so many things wrong with me that all my doctors have suggested that I please not take anything natural or off-the-wall even if it makes me feel a little bit better because the reason it’s making me feel better could be something I shouldn’t be on so just like am I used to drink zeal and it was great and it gave me energy but I found out it’s loaded with caffeine natural caffeine which of course I shouldn’t be having so be careful what you take naturally make sure you go out with your doctor that would be my suggestion
