I found that sour candy can help distract anxiety. I carry it around when I feel like I might get a stomach ache.

I found out that my anxiety is lower when I'm with friends, or my fiance or my mom. because they are always making me laugh which, makes going out easier and dealing with life. is easier along with the medicine diloxitine, I'm getting better. If all else fails I use a cbd source for when it gets too out of hand

When I am unable to use my anxiety medication, I try tapping. Followed by a series of breathing exercises. It resets my whole body.

Immensely! To the point where my doctors still don't know which came first, my anxiety or my stomach issues. I've discovered that sipping water, sucking on a peppermint, and putting a damp washcloth over my mouth can help prevent vomiting if I do any of them soon enough. My doctor also prescribed Zofran to me for stuff like this and it is an absolute miracle for my nausea and vomiting.

YES. I feel like I am going to throw up and it ends up being a panic attack. It’s the worst. But hard candy helps that nausea. Or sour candy. I have sugar free jolly ranchers and warheads that I always keep on hand. Sometimes I won’t even realize I am having anxiety, like it’s my deepest thoughts I am not paying attention to, until it I feel nauseous. CBD oil has also been a lifesaver. I take it throughout the day. Especially morning and night to help keep me calm.
