I get nauseous while i am going. also agree with the other person, it's way worse when holding.

I get that way sometimes. But usually if I haven’t gone in several days or if I’m holding it in.

I am the same way! If I haven’t gone for 3-4 days, I start to become nauseous. I guess it’s my bodies way of telling me that I need to go even though I can’t.

Same. And all the time any other time.. I saw on tik tok some girl was using tiger balm on her nose and it relieves nausea? I've also heard smelling rubbing alcohol does too.

not sure ab tiger balm but rubbing alcohol works great for nausea !!
