I deal with some nausea, but not necessarily when I stand. There’s a pressure point on my hand that kind of helps to ease it. I use my thumb to rub the center of my palm and it helps a bit for me.

I have chronic nausea but standing does worsen it bc of POTS sometimes. I’ve noticed if my nausea is particularly bad POTS can be to blame. If I’m not already wearing compression socks throwing those on actually helps reduce the nausea sometimes. Really is an annoying symptom though.

Dizziness can lead to nausea, so that makes sense. Plus, POTS can cause GI issues because we tend to be more sedimentary.

Yes I also have to take showers sitting down and whith someone near by because of the heat! Heat intolerance is a huge con for me since barley even getting hot causes fainting spells

Yikes! I definitely deal with all these symptoms and didn't know what it was for years. I went to the cardiologist, the Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor, and the normal doctor and no one knew what it was. Then after getting my symptoms somewhat under control with proper hydration, sodium intake, eating every 3 hours, sleeping enough and keeping up with caffeine and sugar, my Gynecologist tells me that I have POTS.

Yes, I can get nauseous when I have a flare up of POTS, for me it's a combination of the POTS and low blood pressure which cause headaches which in turn cause the neaseau. The only thing that works for me is Barocca or a B12 supplementary drink or just rest.
