Does anyone else get nauseous when they're cold?

‼️TW: EMETAPHOBIA‼️ This is super weird and I have no idea if it happens to anyone else, but whenever I get cold, my stomach tenses up and I get sick. Let me explain. Also, When I mean sick, I don’t mean that I v*mit. Whenever I’m n*useous, my body will start to shiver and shake violently as if I’m cold. But when I actually am cold and start shivering and shaking, I seem to get n*useous and have stomach pain. I assume it’s because my stomach muscles tense up when I shiver, which might make me n*useous, but it’s just super weird. Does this happen to anyone else? I went to a rodeo tonight and it was pretty cold for me; it was about 67° F which might not be cold to most people but I’m always cold so this is like freezing to me. Anyways, I caught myself starting to shiver, so I tried to calm myself down and tried to ground myself. But I was a bit too late and was already shaking violently from the cold. We’re home now and I’m bundled up in some blankets, but my stomach is still tensed up so I just feel super gross and almost borderline n*useous? Like I took my Zofran so it’s not full blown n*use*, but it still feels awful.

I'm the exact opposite, I get extremely nauseous when I get too hot. Any excessive heat and I need to throw up.
