As well as just doing your best to keep everybody in the system connected and communicating. Designating a journal for it, keeping a calendar, or just writing in a notes app to one another can help immensely. And then of course therapy is also very helpful, I would definitely recommend trying to meet with someone who is specifically trained on working with those who have DID
