Have you tried taking 0.5mg?

No , my dr prescribed it to take 1/4 or 1/2

I take this for driving anxiety and it helps me and some people take it for sleeping. Its suppose to make you feel feel more calm so its a little weird at first.

Of a .5 but I’m scared to take more but after yesterday idk if I wanna take it at all

It helps me a lot. .25 or .5 is what I take as needed. Never felt weird or out of it. Maybe this med isn't for you. Have you tried Ativan? Its a benzo as well but some people find they can tolerate it better.

Ativan works wonders but I’ve been prescribed everything but that . I got it in the er after a month is being in bed in panic ect . But I told my dr he said well let’s try klonopan so idk

Anxious, I would try talking with your Dr and tell them how you are feeling from klonopan and that Ativan worked for you in the past and you would like to get that instead. If the Dr doesn't listen, then find a new one who will.

See he’s a great dr I’ll talk to him I go back in 2 weeks. Idk if it’s not strong enough or if it’s just not for me. Genesight says it’s good but Ativan has to be used at low doses so idk but Ativan has been given to me af the er it helped it was like woah I miss feeling okay but ik I can’t take it everyday so idk what to do. I’m also afraid when I stop it’ll be bad bc ppl say coming off can kill you. I also do therapy but it doesn’t help

I’m on 3mg of kolopin which is a higher dose. I think your dose is probably too low. Sometimes it takes a little while to find your therapeutic dose

Maybe I should ask about that next week! Ativan helps the most and I’ve only had a small dose . I’m just scared to get on a benzo bc I heard coming off is awful and what if it just goes back to how it is now 😢.
