Seeking Advice on Nerve Ablation for SI Joint Pain

Has anyone here had nerve ablation (RFA) for SI joint pain/dysfunction? I’ve tied multiple injections (none worked), bracing, PT, chiro, many meds and more and nothing has worked. It’s been going on for a year. My Dr is recommending RFA but I’m sick of all of these bandaids but I also want relief… please tell me the good and the bad if you’ve had this🫶🏼
