Yes! And certainly on a regular basis, when you’re able to? I get a nerve block to handle the pain and discomfort of stenosis. Makes it easier to tolerate walking and standing for prolonged periods of time? It’s been two years since my last block but, I’m scheduled to get one next week and I can not wait!
