It doesnt seem to matter what i eat. Ive lost 130 lbs in the last 2 years

No specific diet here either. I haven’t lost weight though. Put weight on.

Specific Carbohydrate Diet 👍

Carbs kill me can’t do it. Protein only

I’ve had a lot of success greatly reducing consumption of mammals (red meats) and trying to only eat animals that weren’t mistreated. Everything is energy, if an animal has been mistreated, we ingest it in a cellular level and I believe it affects us negatively. It sounds crazy but since looking at it this way all my health conditions are making huge turnarounds over the last 4 years.

I find avocado, cheese (vegan cheese if needed), and tortillas very easy to digest. TVP like most vegan meat is made of can be difficult to digest. Also fruit helps and is very good, dried fruits can be portable and easy to snack on
