Hi how are you? You have most of the same diagnosis as I do and I understand about the zoloft. If I forget to take it I feel myself falling back into a depression. It sucks! Why haven't you had it? Do you need a new doctor? What's going on that is making you feel bad?

I moved in June back to my mom's and I had a 3 month supply and forgot to set up a Dr appointment for myself to get more.. if I don't have my Zoloft I stay depressed

You NEVER go off meds without a doctors order. NEVER. Do you have a free clinic? Call the health clinic about getting free meds

I have been on and off antidepressants for several years at a time. Life is definitely better on them if you can deal with the side effects. I came off mine because the doctor was worried about the side effects being to much for me to handle. If you have the desire to go back on your medication then that should be priority number one. Just know it’s okay to feel bad and know that it’s temporary. You will feel good again. I feel inhuman off antidepressants. But I got use to it. Always thinking about going back on. But my situation is complex. The TLDR is I was taking 450mg Wellbutrin daily, got long COVID and tremors along with the worst anxiety I ever experienced. Dr pulled me off Wellbutrin. Said to take Lexapro. I started taking hydroxyzine and gabapentin for the anxiety. Can’t do hydroxyzine and Lexapro at the same time. So I am stuck too afraid to come off hydroxyzine. Luckily my depression is at bay and my anxiety is treated. But life is nowhere near as enjoyable as it once was. But I know the future is bright and I will have fun once again eventually. Just hang in there.

I've been on hydroxyzine for quit a while. It really helps the anxiety and makes life more enjoyable. Keep taking it, your body will adjust.
